Snow Week

So Why Does Snow freak us out....The thought of leaving your warm bed to start that journey to school, college, work or that important business meeting in this weather is really disturbing.

No matter what the weather brings us each morning we still have to make the effort to carry on with our daily lives.

If you have had the privilege of staying at home today cuddle in your duvet playing catch up on movies or doing some retail therapy online that is a bonus but for those who have to make the journey I wish you well.

Snow will be back as they are predicting next month the temperature is going to drop even lower than we are experiencing now, a good way to see snow is to try and go into child like mode and be excited by the white blanket covering your street, road or even your car.

If possible consider leaving the car at home and letting the train or bus take the strain for you.

Spoiling Yourself

Yeap I decided to take care of myself for 4 days and go to Miami it was the best thing I could of done. The heat beating down on my skin felt good. All the wrinkles on my hands disappeared..... Just relaxing and enjoying the surrounding was mind blowing for me.

As you can see it's nearly 2am in the morning and I cannot sleep and I know that is because I am on Miami time.

My words of wisdom today is we need to learn to spoil ourselves....It gives you more energy to focus on things in your life and even work out what is working for you and what is not.....

Start laughing and smiling and your whole life will start to change.....

Shameless

How many of you out there watched 'Shameless' last night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well the best part was when the he started fantasing about getting it on with his wife's ex-lover, she was showing support by placing her hand on his hand which was by his leg and that was it, he went straight into first and second gear moving his face towards her for a kiss and his hand touching her breast!! The reason he was sitting next to her was because the family was having a meeting with the SOCIAL WORKER to get his younger children back........ As you can imagine the Social Worker was horrified especially when she show that he also had a hard onl!!!!! Unfortunately his ex-wife lover big knockers could not allow him to focus on what was the most important thing getting his CHILDREN BACK...... BUT RIGHT AT THE END SHE SHOWED HIM WHO WAS BOSS 'SHE LEANED FORWARD AS IF SHE WAS GOING TO KISS HIM BUT GAVE HIM SUCH A BEAUTIFUL HEADBUTT!!!!

Great show what a CLAMITY(LOL) Laugh out Loud.........

What a Week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This week turned out to be a very shocking week for me and I am still suffering from shock, but what transpired from this was how blessed I am when it comes to family & friends.

I was feeling fragile, frightened and tearful after this week, but I tapped myself on the shoulder and told myself aloud it's okay to feel like this.

As I close my eyes I can feel my heart beating fast and the warmth that surrounds me when I think of my best friends, all of whom I've known over ten years. 

The intense feeling that those words 'Best Friend' bring to the surface is a powerful feeling. 

We share good times, bad times, sad time and I want to thank them for all the love & support that they shared with me this week.

At times we don't like each other (smile) but that's okay because it's about keeping it real. That's what has made our relationship so strong.

What a beautiful blessing to be surrounded by people that are real and honest. Blessing.

Rainy Days

Good Morning to Everyone today, Yes it's raining outside and I know this kind of weather will stop many people from doing what they want to do today but don't let it and try and over come those negative thoughts and feelings. Ask yourself what feeling are coming up for you before you step outside into the rain, it will take about five minutes. It could be because it's grey, dark or even cold and you hate getting wet.
